Attorney (JD Harvard), business executive (MBA Wharton); has been a senior executive of businesses in Peru, Colombia, Eduador, Argentina, Bolivia, Florida and New York. Advised half of Global 100 companies and entities in more than 40 countries on strategy, M&A, marketing, negotiation. Teaches at Wharton, taught at Harvard, Columbia, elsewhere on negotiation and cultural diversity. Winner, Pulitzer Prize as a reporter for The New York Times. Former U.N. consultant, Wall Street executive, chairman of a public high technology company. Advised borrower in largest foreign commercial financing in Ukraine history. Provided key advice in settling multibillion dollar electronic commodity trading rights dispute on Wall Street and 2008 Writers Guild strike in Hollywood.

Chris Gaertner, co-owner. Managing director with Merrill Lynch, a leading global investment bank. Former president, Gaertner Research, with numerous patents in military and civilian aerospace technologies including flight simulation, head-trackers for target designation and a pilot decision system. Former Infantry Officer, with Airborne, Ranger, Pathfinder, Jumpmaster, Jungle training and assignments including 82nd Airborne, 1st Special Operation Command and Navy SEALs. Holds engineering degrees from U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Columbia University, and an MBA from Wharton. Experienced pilot with Airline Transport Rating; Certified Flight Instructor. Owns several planes.

Charlie Self,Director of Operations: More than 40 years of Aviation experience including 21 years of Service in USAFR retiring as Major, Vietnam veteran, EC-47 and C-130 pilot. Civilian experiences are Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Examiner for air charter operations, corporate pilot and airline pilot. FAA ratings include Airline transport Pilot, Flight engineer and Multiengine, Instrument Certified Flight Instructor with over 16,000 hrs total time. BS-University of Florida.

Juan Sanchez,Cargo Operations Manager and Flight Coordinator, has 10 years' experience in the airline and cargo industry in the Caribbean working for Four Star. He has studied computer programming and business at the Metropolitan University Cupey, in Puerto Rico. He is a hazardous materials certified handler and a customs and excise tax documentation agent.

Hiram Maldonado, director of maintenance. More than half a century in aviation maintenance, former director of Eastern Airlines maintenance in Latin America. Experience in both large and small planes, including DC3s, Convairs, Boeing and Airbus jets. Former regional director of maintenance for Pan American.
